Force Multiplier is built to help employers hire and keep veterans. It is built to protect the people whose records pass through it. Here is exactly what happens to your information, in plain terms.
That is the whole list. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
When you upload a DD-214, a JST, an ERB, or a photo of a record to the Service Record Translator, the file is read one time to produce the translation and is then gone. We do not save the file. We do not save the image. We do not keep the Social Security number, the home address, or any other personal identifier on it.
The same is true for any text you paste into a tool. It is used to produce your result and is not retained.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not show ads. The tools are paid for by subscription, not by your data.
A service record holds sensitive personal information. Upload a record only if it is yours or you have the person's permission to use it. You are responsible for having that permission.
When you enter a work email, the agent reads the public homepage at that domain, the same page anyone can visit, so it can greet you by company and tailor what it suggests. It does not log in anywhere, it does not reach private systems, and it does not buy data about you. It reads what is already public. The only thing kept is the email you typed. If a site is private or blocks reading, the agent simply moves on. You can always ask how it knew something, and it will tell you plainly.
The agent runs on a large language model. It is fast and it is sharp, and like any such system it can be wrong. Treat what it gives you as a well-prepared draft from a capable assistant, not a final ruling. Anything that carries legal, tax, or compliance weight should be checked with the right professional. The agent surfaces options and does the legwork. A person makes every call.
Force Multiplier translates, drafts, and surfaces. It does not screen, score, or rank named candidates, and it does not make hiring decisions. A qualified person at the employer owns every decision.
